Cutting Machine – Sticks

The multi tool among the Schaaf cutting machines. It is suitable for cutting a variety of strand products such as sticks, wave chips, flat bread chips, etc.

By exchange of the product guiding device, the cutting machine can be adapted to different strand dimensions. The infeed rollers can be adjusted to the different product thicknesses and ensure a constant feed of the strands to the cutting unit. The cutting speed is continuously adjustable, possible product lengths depend on the configuration in the individual case.

Three different machine sizes are available to match the three extruder series.
