Embossing Machine

The embossing machine is a further development of the pillow crimper for the production of co-extruded pillows with creamy fillings. Elastic extrudate textures that could not be reliably sealed by the pillow crimper can be easily processed with the new embossing machine. The embossing machine enables coextruded tubes to be formed into trapeze, arrow- or almond-shaped products as well as many other shapes.

Embossing machines for processing two, four or six coextruded strands are available to match the output of our extruder models.

In addition to the processing of co-extruded tubes, adapted versions of the embossing machine which form flat extruded strands into chip-like products are available.
